    • Keeping your pet safe in an emergency
    • Car Accidents
    • Pet-proofing your home
    • How pets show pain
    • Checking the health of your pet
  • CPR, Accidents and First Aid:
    • Breathing and respiratory problems including choking
    • Pet CPR
    • Drowning and treatment
    • Broken bones
    • Spinal injury and moving and injured dog
  • Medical conditions:
    • Controlling bleeding and shock
    • Digestive process
    • Vomiting in animals
    • Poisoning, bites and stings
    • Burns and temperature problems
    • Seizures and epilepsy
    • Snake bites on pets
    • Ticks
    • Insect stings
    • Canine and fireworks

Course Format:

  • 3 hour Interactive Workshop: Hands-on practice to reinforce learning, including CPR dummies and bandaging exercises.
  • Certification: Receive a Canine First Aid Certificate upon completion, valid for 3 years.
