Reservations are made on the basis that training courses will be charged at the price in effect on the date of booking.

Payment Terms

We kindly request that payment is made 7 days from to the commencement of the course. Payment is to be made via the bank details provided in the invoice.

Cancellations

You may cancel a booking by notifying us at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the course. Customers must notify us in writing. If your notice of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the course, you will be liable for the full amount of the course fee(s), however a once only credit will be given, which is valid for 1 months. It is the responsibility of the booker to provide us with the credit number if they are re-booking a cancellation.

Learner No-Shows

If a learner fails to arrive for the start of a course, you will be liable for the full amount of the course fee(s). If a learner is more than 30 minutes late for the start of the course, and does not contact the trainer, they will be deemed as a no-show and will be turned away. The full course fee still applies.

Data Protection

The customer agrees that Forrest Training is permitted to hold personal information about the learner as part of its role as an assessor. The customer agrees that the awarding body, Qualsafe Awards, may process their personal information for certificating and auditing pur- poses.

Completion of Course

All aspects of Forrest Training’s courses must be completed to the specified standard(s) to receive a course certificate. Should the learner fail to participate in any element of the training, a letter of non-attainment will be issued. Where a learner is unable to complete a course, the full course fee is payable. Where a course requires learners to attend for a minimum number of hours, learners will be ex- pected to attend for the full duration before a certificate will be issued.

Force Majeure

If Forrest Training are unable to provide any booked course, or any part of the course, for any reason beyond reasonable control, Forrest Training shall be entitled to postpone or cancel that course, or part of it. Forrest Training shall try to agree with the customer an alterna- tive mutually acceptable date and/or time to provide the postponed/cancelled training. If no agreement can be reached on rescheduling such training, Forrest Training will make no charge for the cancelled training (or as appropriate will refund the cost to the customer).

Termination

Forrest Training Ltd may terminate the Agreement immediately if the customer materially breaches the terms of the agreement and does not remedy that breach (if it is capable of remedy) within such reasonable period as Forrest Training Ltd specifies.

Upon Termination of the Agreement for whatever reason the customer shall pay to Forrest Training Ltd any outstanding monies due un- der the Agreement up to and including the date of termination.

Certificates

Forrest Training Ltd will email learner certificates to the individual who booked the course within 14 days of the delegate passing their course, and all course fees paid. If that person does not receive their certificate, they need to make Forrest Training Ltd aware of this within 28 days of the course completion. Failure to do so will result in a cost for a duplicate certificate (see below).

Duplicate Certificates

Request for duplicate certificates must be made in writing, stating the relevant course title, date and learner name. A charge of £15 per copy certificate will be charged. This fee must be paid in advance of the duplicate certificate being issued.

General Notes

Learners must meet and be able to produce prior to the commencement of the course proof of any prerequisites set out for each course. Learners must be able to read, understand oral instructions, and be capable of making themselves understood in English. It is accepta- ble for learners to employ the services of a translator as a reasonable adjustment to meet this requirement.

All bookings on courses are subject to the above terms and conditions and your acceptance of them constitutes a legally binding contract. You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (a) at the time of booking if booked online on Forrest Training Ltd’s website or (b) for bookings made in any other way unless written notice is received to the contrary within 7 days of our sending you this document.
